The meetings are FREE, friendly, fun and encouraging.

Our Care and Share Group is a great starting place for people who are seeking social contact in a safe and supportive environment.

A typical meeting involves opportunities to relax, chat and develop friendships. We have seasonal activities as well as regular favourites such as quizzes, games and demonstrations, guest speakers and illustrated talks. The group controls the programme.

Everyone is encouraged to contribute and as people develop confidence there are opportunities to become more involved in the running of the group.

Usually, people can ‘drop-in’ and leave when they like.  If you don’t feel like being around too many people you can always sit in the conservatory café and chat with our volunteers and other users.

The venue is within easy access of the town centre and bus routes.

No smoking inside the premises. Smokers are able to smoke outside and a small garden with seats is available.

Free parking for 3 hours is available at Sainsbury’s Supermarket. The church car park is reserved for agencies who use the building.
